Someone should call the local authorities and have it towed AND ticketed for parking in a handicapped spot. Working with disabled people many years ago, I have no patience for people with that type of arrogance.

I would definitely call the city parking authority for abuse of use of handicapped parking spaces

Hey, that's my car. I park like that cause only my passenger is handicapped so I make sure part of the car is in a regular spot.

If I was handicapped n saw that I would grab a few of my buddies, block him in, and have him cited.

Either that or that person is is working for a crap business and the parking lot is 100% empty.. compound on there that the owner is probably a lazy retard. Makes them qualifies anyways to park there...
