2009 323i vs 328i Suspension

Hi guys, Is there a difference in suspension between a 2009 323i and 328i sedan stock suspension? Reason I ask is if an aftermarket suspension says it fits the 328i, 335i, etc. (but doesn't list the 323i) would it be compatibale with a 323i? Thanks for all your your help!
