Need your opinion on a car...

I've owned an E46, an E90, and just recently sold my E92...I'm looking to get a used car in the $30k and under range. I'm just curious what other enthusiasts would consider buying. The only specification would be that it has to be a passenger vehicle (sedan or SUV) for work purposes.

I've been thinking of: used 550i, E55, Range Rover, Cayenne...can't think of anything else. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Used X5 or Cayenne. Maybe G-Wagon too.

Acura MDX- you should be able to find one for around $30k. It gets about the same mileage as a 335i so it's pretty good.

Get the Cayenne Dennis! I was going to get a Range before the e92 but the inside is pretty weak. X5 for sure but it has to be the new body.

haha...i know...i even found some turbo cayennes for low $30k's....we'll see!

How many miles are we talking here on these used Cayenne's and RR's that you're finding in the 30K range?

Almost all the suggestions thus far are OVER 30k...unless you find something with stupid mileage on it. 05-06 x5 might be right for you.

anywhere from 40k miles if you're lucky up to 60k to 70k miles

the phaeton is pretty sick, but i'd rather get an A8 for the same price or cheaper...thanks for the ideas, keep'em coming
