SOCAL - CARB OBDII compliant single CATs for Z4M?

Does anyone know of an aftermarket exhaust manufacturer supplying a header/cat/exhuast combination that meets the new ODBII CARB standards which took effect as of 1 January 2009?

Info HERE on the legal requirements....

I am hoping to find some free-flow CATs which will allow me to replace the restrictive factory headers with some free-flow models in the secondary cat positions, provided this is legal in CA. It appears that all the ODBII CARB compliant CATs sold for other BMW models are in the $500-$600 range.

Does anyone what's Legal vs what will pass Emissions testing?

regards

rob
