** sunrise hwy patrol caught me for the first time

Hey guys today i got pulled over for speeding for the first time, iv had my license for about 3 years without any traffic violations i was goin 72 in a 55 on sunrise hwy goin west, what should i expect in court this is my 1st speeding ticket.

go to court. you can probably get it reduced to something less, since its your first violation ever. Damn, i wish i had none on my license. Ive had seriously more tickets then I could even begin to count since I got it 9 years ago. Wow.

I don't see a radar detector in your list of mods... I'd invest in one. V1 saved me many times on sunrise. State troopers always on that road and always leave their radars on.

lets hope it comes down to a traffic violation only , both of us need either a
v1 or escort

good thing about nassau u can always plea bargain....but with the right lawyer you can get 0 points and just pay fine & fees

Plead guilty and go by yourself.Chances are the Policeman who wrote you up will knock it down to a non moving violation,like parking on the pavement or a equiptment ticket,as to just get the money for the town without hurting your license,etc. Best way to go and i almost guarentee thats how it will turn out,so dont worry to much about it.Just bring a couple hundred to pay for your (non moving violation and court fees).Good luck!
