i have an un-opened PROcede v3 rev2 that (as a nice guesture) I personally bought back from a customer that sold his car before installing the unit.

I originally was going to use this unit on a 135i we were looking at, but we ended up not getting the car... since I can't run 2 procedes on my 335i, I need to sell this one

It includes all original parts sealed in their baggies. You will need to purchase the $15 canbus update if you want to make this the same as the newest units (http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=249395)

I am selling this here because I personally own this unit, and whoever purchases it will need to update it to the newest maps (free downloads). This is not "new" , but it is unopened and never been installed.

is the v3 rev 2 the competitor for the jb2 or is it like a version 2 of the of the version 3

just asking.

Version 2 of the procede hardware (the latest version), commonly called REV II. Latest software for that verision is 3.3 maps dated 5/29/2009. So it's a REVII procede that runs the V3 maps.

Looks like the harness is not canbus activated, but the wires are cheap and it's a quick update to the harness.

Normal e90 price is $945. Rick's offereing for $750, plus you will need the $15 wire update = $765.

The only way to get one cheaper is if you are an existing procede customer that originally ordered an older unit from Vishnu.

Translation is that it's a good deal for someone buying their first Vishnu product.

As far as competition, it's main hardware competitor is JB3 PNP.

new or not, its the same ish, cuz in the end the unit is goin in the ecu box, and it wont change the status of the unit itself unless somethin was broken on the unit.

i realize u're a vendor but 750/765 is still high for "market value" i've seen this go for as low as 600 shipped, just fyi...
