There isnt much of a difference between the single and the DCI except looks.I have the BMS single and ordered the DCI because i just like the looks a lot more. You will only realize a power difference between the two when your at around 400 or so HP,otherwise they are about the same as far as performance goes.I think that your saying the car runs worse because you were probabely expecting an increase in power and sound.Like i said i went to the DCI from the single because basically the looks and the fact that its only 90.00 because you use the same connections from the single to the DCI.After i get and change out my single to the DCI, i will report back my findings and see if i feel the samething you are.Another thing, double check the fittings to make sure you have a 100% seal on both sides of the intake.Maybe the reason your car is running like shit as you say is because if its not connected right you could be loosing a little boost.I could be wrong, but check anyway. good luck bro.
