Door panel removal?

Anybody see a DIY for this or would be willing to give me a quick run-through? I don't have any trim removal tools, necessary? Thanks in advance.

There should be a link to the general 3 series DIY index at the end of the E9X M3 DIY index stuck above, and I kind of recall seeing panel removal instructions there.

LOL... Always nervous about any trim removal, would hate to create a squeak/rattle by doing it incorrectly.

Tint scratching issues. Was going to pull it to clean out the lower rubber seal. Can't seem to get a good look at it by just going in from the top.
