Yeah, thats the same thing a coworker told me. I was hoping for the rear climate package; but didnt get it and its not on my next one either. ugh,

Umm, we got my wife a Maxima because she wanted one and we were going to turn her BMW back in; but they are giving us special rates right now on certain models - so i let her keep it, I will say I am a little tired of 4 car payments.

Finally got my X5 this morning.

09 X5 - Titanium Silver / Black / Bamboo

Ordered a 2010 X5 - Jet Black / Saddle Brown to pickup around December.

Got a Jet Black / Saddle Brown on order for a late december delivery .. but production isn't till January .. so I will problary have to keep this silver X5 till 12000 miles!! Already a lil over 4000 miles strong

This X5 has Nappa Leather and its the best.

now that my parents have an F01 with nappa leather im totally in love with it. i wouldnt order an x5/x6 without it

didnt think u could get the saddle with nappa?

i love the rich look of the black nappa, even though the saddle is nice i would have stayed with the black nappa on the next truck.

curious: why jet black and not BSM? Personally I like jet black over BSM but its not common

Nope, you cant get Saddle Brown with Nappa. I wanted Saddle Brown to add a little flavor to the ride .. now i like some black on black .. but since my current X5 had black i figured i would try somethign different. Plus there arent a lot of Black/Brown X5's in our parking lot. lol

I like Jet Black, because its pure black and to me Black Sapphire looks grayish-black. It wont be built till January, if i would have known that i would have ordered a 5.

same. BSM looks good when its clean but awful with a layer of dust on it. not saying jet black looks good when its dirty either, but better, IMO, than jet

Haha, both are hellicious to clean; dont know what i was thinking about when i ordered it!! Im already at 5000 miles on this truck and my next one isnt built till January, so I will prolly get something else in January until my truck is done.
