They're not cheap, but it's like bmw's - you get what you pay for!

I really like the CHs, but I also like the RGR and RS-GTs. The center looks a little better to me. (not so full). The only problem is that they are the serious bucks. About $1000 to $1100 per wheel for the wheels alone.

Tirerack sells them, as well as the ASA AR-1 which is a copy, but it is a licensed copy. They do look very good. The ASAs are not forged, but neither are the OEM rims so I guess it's no biggie. With 19s, you can get the AR-1 with tires for about $2k.

Some of these BBS Wheels are ugly (to include the ones on this thread)

162's look a lot better and for for some of the comments I have heard some people here post. I think that even those chromed 162's look better than these BBS CH.

Gotta disagree with you there.. I'll take BBS CH over the 162's any day. How can you call this ugly?

Are you talking about these CH wheels or BBS in general? I'd have to disagree with you if you're talking about BBS wheels in general. They make some of the best lightweight forged wheels around. That's not just bragging rights, that's lightweight strong performance. Yea these CH aren't the lightest wheels, but overall BBS wheels are better than most other wheels out there (performance wise). Chrome is about as far from performance/lightweight wheels as you can get on the other hand. Most ppl don't understand how just a few pounds heavier on each wheel affects handling very negatively. Anyways, to each his own, but for me I like my wheels light/strong, yet good looking like some BBS wheels. Afterall what's the use in getting the best handling sports sedan available and then taking away some of that handling with some heavy chrome wheels.

exactly ! theres a reason BBS wheels all look pretty simlar, because its the best design for making a wheel strong (spread the force of impact to as many spokes as possible) and light (distribute the weight all around the wheel rather then all at the rim edge. I love BBS wheels because they never give me a problem, are strong, light, and they arent bad looking either. But alot of us love BBS for their technical details and looks arent really a big factor. To each his own!

I know that they are the best but they don't look the best. That's the only thing that I'm trying to say. I never said that they were cheap.

and yes, I was talking about the CH. Not all BBS go with our E90s.
