Stolen stem caps
I usually only take my car to work and home (garaged).
On the few circumstances that I take it somewhere else; restaurant, shopping... etc.. I come to find my stem caps are missing. It doesn't happen at work or home. Just somewhere outside of those places. This is the 3rd time! Is it just me? Who the hell steals stem caps?!? I'm about to put some regular old black ones on there soon. |

This is a common problem in most areas. I don't even bother with nice caps anymore. It's most likely kids who them put them on their bikes.

I recently saw 2 kids about 12 years old stealing the nice ones off a car in the mall while their mother watched! After I read her for filth, she made them put them back on.
I've always got a spare set in my cars and don't bother with nice ones anymore.

I have had the BMW logo ones since the day I got my car, and never had a problem.
You guys must live in Liberal areas where crime is out of control. Here in Texas, you can shoot the fucker who is trying to steal your wheels...or centercaps....or stem covers. LOL I LOVE MY STATE.
