Factory on High Tire pressures

Asked the factory about the high tire pressures some of you are seeing while on my visit there.

They say the pressures are deliberately set high to prevent problems like flat spotting on cars during transit to and storage at dealers

The dealers are supposed to correct the pressures before delivery, but it seems a lot a forgetting to do that

idiots

they are supposed to know to do that, I guess they forgot to tell the newbie. On a testdrive, I could feel a flat spot on the tire, it bobbed up and down at the front right tire, I guess they messed that one up.

My tires feel a bit on the hardside, but its really hard to tell what is normal cause this is my first set of run-flats and the car comes with sports package. I hope my car is setup just right.
