Favorite Denver Dealer - Service Dept

Wonder which dealers you Denver folk like for service/repairs? Murray is closest to me (based on where I live), but the new Schomp dealership is very nice (and not toooo far from work).

Wondering if anyone has had any issues with getting loaner cars, warranty fixes not honored, etc.

I've just had my 1 year service at Schomp - I like them, the facility, everything the best. I bought my car at Gebhardt and and I have taken it to Murray as well and I still like Schomp better.

Better deals on purchases at Gebhardt though...

Yea, when I was going to buy new, I was going to go through Gebhardt (was in talks with them as they are the only Costco BMW dealer in CO) and Schomp doesnt deal.

Any issues getting loaners?

I agree about schomp. I used to live very close to it and their facility is very nice. Unfortunately I just had to move to rongmont so I will be going to gebhardt

I am thinking Schomp when I do based on recommendations

Schomp wins over Murray hands down. I had a really negative experience with Murray (I'll say their service started with giving me a taxi voucher instead of a loaner and leave it at that). Schomp has been great.

wow, how long ago was the taxi incident? Was it something odd like a huge inlflux of repairs and they just didnt have enough loaners?

Not long. It wasn't a scheduled repair, so I understand not having titled BMW loaners on hand. But they could at least set me up with a rental car. Even my fiancee's Hyundai dealership does that.
