New guy...just scored my new e92!

Hey guys! Just wanted to pop in and say hi...I'm new to the forum and just picked up my 2009 335i Coupe today! I'm so excited, this car is leaps and bounds ahead of my 2001 S2000 it is replacing! My dad always had BMW's while I was growing up (learned to drive on an e30, haha!) and I've always had the itch...well I finally could afford one and took the plunge.

I set out shopping to trade in my 2008 Tacoma, and was originally looking for a lightly used 07 or 08 335i coupe. After making a trip to my local dealer, I didn't find anything used I liked, but I took a spin in a shiny 09 Black 335i coupe to make sure a 6 speed 335i was for me (like I knew it could be otherwise, ha!) and I was hooked. After researching and doing some HW...I went back and decided to get the car I test drove! I fell in love with the sleek look of black, the great contrast of the interior, the blacked-out window trim, the deck spoiler, the sport seats/steering wheel...all of it. I traded in my Tacoma and took advantage of 1.9% APR and haven't turned back!

Needless to say, I'm super happy and excited! I got a decent deal and I'm looking forward to modding! Specs are:

2009 Jet Black 335i Coupe
Dakota Saddle Tan Leather Interior
Sport Package/Ipod/Spoiler/etc

Any idea where I can find LeMans blue reflectors for a 4 door?

car! I should have gotten LeMans with Saddle, but decided on LeMans with Black. Should arrive in 5 weeks!

Looks great! I came from an S2000 ('06) also. I think you would have to honestly admit that the shifter and gear box in the Honda is the one thing that BMW did not best. That tranny was made by the god of precision.

Very Nice and an 6MT FTW. I have an 325 E90 and an 02 S2k and the cars have dramatically different personalities. I love both my cars. The E90 is an better cruiser with enough handling and power to be fun. Or course, you're in an 335 so its dramatically faster! The S2k is more pure and raw which I love too. Enjoy the car!
