ASSYST Update messages not selectable

when I go into 'My info' within communication and move down to 'update messages', the text is slightly faded and not selectable.

That is to say I don't seem to be able to 'update messages'

Any ideas?

have you registered on the site for it and had the password texted to you?

yeah, did all that and have been using it fine for 1y

delete some old messages? you can only have 7 odd i think
