I have a Lemon Lawsuit and have a question
I have a 2008 335i which started having fuel pump problems in February, from February to April it was in the shop 7 times for it and towed numerous time, I called 1800-LemonLaw and have a lawyer on the case and just recently filed suit, BMW has done absolutely done nothing to resolve this problem and I am completely disgusted. It has been at the dealer since early May and I didn't get a loaner until the end of June, right now the case is still in the process but I am making $700.00 a month payments to drive a base 328i. I think this is absurd and will never buy a BMW ever again. Is there anyway to have BMW make these payments until everything is resolved or do I have to continue making payments?

Every once in a while people get Lemon cars, whether its a BMW or a Buick or a Ferrari. Stop being such a baby, if u stop making payments your car will be Repo'd and you wont have a car to file suit on. Make the payment til BMW gives your money back. Have fun driving an is350.
