I have seen 3 at various dealers in my area. The ones i saw were priced between 47-49k.

I bought my e92 335 new with nav cold weather premium and sports fr that price.

I think you would be crazy to buy a 48k 328.

No joke..For some of the prices Ive seen on 335's with M pkg options.. You could just get the real thing.

Mine listed for $48,350! Don't have any pics...but don't you know what they look like?
Yes, crazy expensive for a 328, however given the promo's and lease rates, it ended up being MUCH cheaper than a comparable 335 (which closes in on M3 money) and cheaper to lease than a much less expensive Audi A4 3.2 I was considering.

I don't know where you're getting 48K. I just priced out a 328 M-Sport package on the BMWUSA web site for 40,900 (including destination). This has black dakota leather, M-Sport package, Ipod and USB adapter and Logic 7. The 48K you're quoting must be a 328 with almost every option. I imagine if you option the 335 with similar options, you'd be close to M3 territory.

Exactly, and an M3 with every option is pushing an M5.

Not sure how you guys can be so shocked by this. It's a lease so MSRP isn't as relevant. And if he wants all the toys as opposed to a more basic 335, that's perfectly fine.

Leif W.
Im basing 48k from 3 seperate window stickers that i have seen in person. I'm sure i could go back to the dealers and take pictures of the MSRP, I'm sure they still have them.
