I got that today, ran my BT and found out I needed to check for boost leaks. Looked under the hood and found my charge pipe had blown off

whoaaa! I got this message 2 months ago and never saw it since....should I take it to the dealer?

It happened while I was driving on very steep mountain side road with lots of ups and downs. I assumed that was the reason...never saw the message since

Well, last year I had an issue with half-power warning light numerous times, each time it happened it was during high revs (5k-6k). After about 3 trips to service they FINALLY diagnosed it as a bad crankshaft... Yup, a bad crankshaft. I think that I was the first person in North America to experience this (and probably last). It took over 10 days to get the car back on the road. Thankfully I was given a loaner throughout the process and THANK GOD it was still under warranty.

Got an answer from the dealership. It's the HPFP and the car should be ready by tomorrow.

I got that msg along with the vibrations/rough start. HPFP was the culprit.

I got the message this past Saturday and the dealership inspected the car on Tuesday. It was a quick fix since they were able to replace it this morning once they found out what was wrong.

The torque was really bad and felt like the turbo wasn't working. The message would go away once I restarted but would come back on after driving a few miles. It was weird but the check engine light was on but the navi would say all systems OK. The dealership told me that the HPFP is a voluntary recall so check with your dealership if they would go ahead and change the pump.
