Customer Service Rating Problems with Dealership?
Just checking to see how many of us had replied to the Customer Service Rating where our Salesperson had asked us to give her/him
a perfect '5' rating and when we didn't we received a phone call or e-mail stating we have caused them to loose $$$'s because WE FAILED the Dealership? |

At first...my dealer was annoying....but after I received an expensive box of chocolate UPS delivered....I gave him all 5's. Gotta help the brother out.......just trying to make a living just like you and I.......

Hi,
I changed my phone number right after getting the car. As a result, I never got the call. I called the dealer to give him my new digits 2 weeks later, but still no call till now. I got car June 16th.... what happens if they never call? Will the dealer just not get his $$$? My dealer is picking up my car to install the backseat nets, cargo organizor I ordered, and replace my alu trim...I will try to bring it up when we meet. Thanks Skimo |

My salesperson was Fantastic and gave him ALL 5's but there was a Dealership question which I gave a '2' because lack of communication as holes were drilled in my front bumper and my Salesperson placed a note on the dash board stating not to install the Lic bracket! Don't think I should lie .. when I was totally upset!!! If something wasn't stated at that point .. other customers are going to be upset in future sales if this isn't taken care of! I basically save them $$$$ for future Customer Reports!!

I picked up my car on 7/22 and BMW called my at work yesterday. I should have told them not to contact me at that number. My rep and buying experience was great so I gave all 5's.

I gave them all 5's. I look at it as tipping BEFORE i have to go back for service or other issues.
I can get the sales rep to hook me up, if I hooked him up. |
