Priced SFO-LHR for 560 return with taxes on United.com. Then you take an EasyJet to MUC for around 22 Lbs.

Just a heads up for those doing ED (European Delivery) in Oct and Nov.

Depending what time of year you are going, they offer round trips Houston to Germany for $400. Plan ahead for a nice summer.
