This happened to me when I had the SIB performed for shaky headluights. They didnt snap the rear cover back on the headlights properly. It is very tight and sometimes difficult to get on. Once I discovered this I dried it out with silica and left it open in the sun for a day or so. The moisture never came back.

thanks man!
Can you be more specific where can i find silica??? Did you do the job by yourself? I think my biggest concern now is i don't know how to remove the headlight's plastic cover, does it require some kind of speacial tool to do it?
Again, i am really appreciate your help~ |

Well silica is a desiccant that absorbs moisture..like the small granular bags that come in electronics, etc. You dont have to remove the headlight just the cover that gives you access to the bulbs under the hood. There are one or 2 tabs on the top that you can pry and then tilt the cover back a little. That would be enough to dry it out over a day or so out in the sun, or it was in my case. I had to remove the intake tube/air filter because mine was on the driver side...that made it quite easy.
