Looking for a reliable shop to service my car in LA/OC area
Hi all,
Does anyone here knows any good independent shops that specializes in German cars? My car is brand new, but I read on this post a while back, that since they started this free maintance thing BMW have made the recommended service period twice as long as it ought to be. So, if I want to take my car in for service inbetween the free ones at the dealer, I'd like to it to be serviced by some shops with good reputation. Does anyone here know any shops like that in Orange County/LA area? Tom |

You were lied to about the service intervals. They have been 15000 for an oil service since the 80's, if not before than.
If you NEED to waste your hard earned money doing regular unscheduled services, that's your own choice, but I don't see a need. Matt BTW: I'm a BMW tech. |
