Looking for a good deal on spark plugs.

I got 40k on my car and about 20k with a tune. I went down to the stealership to get a price on spark plugs and he told me they were 30 bucks a piece! Does this sound about right? He told me the spark plugs are good for 100k and that's why they're so expensive. but I've heard of people changing them at 16k. I want to go ahead and change them so does anyone know where I can get a good deal some spark plugs?

Check plugs.com or ebay for the OEM plug.
