Aftermarket Sat Nav
Just a quick question, I am thinking of mounting my TomTom to a Kuda Naviconsole ( http://www.pdaplus.nl/catalog/kuda-2...ole-p-725.html ) and would like to see it in various positions on the dashboard before making a decision to go ahead or not.
If anyone is using this mount, could you post some photo's please. |

I'd looking into a GPS for mainly my bike. So thinking about the Garmin Zumo 660. Far from the cheapest, but comes with latest tech, and with a decent suction mount for car use too. I tried a kitchen type suction nap on my brushed alu strips, and it seems to stick pretty well for up to 48 hours when made humid. So I'm thinking of mounting it on this strip (next to the centre vents), if needed with some oil/grease, and have nearly invisable cables going into the upper corner of the glove box. And be able to remove the whole thing as it was never there.

yep, exactly that looks a bit neater than the larger mount you initially looked at |

I bought the Zumo 550 for my bike a couple of years ago and it's just the best bit of kit, much better than the pro satnav in the car
