Bluetooth connectivity with multiple handsets
What happens if you pair two handsets with a car and then try and use both at the same time?
Does the first phone detected take precedence or can both phones be used (although not at the same time!!) Cheers, |

I get this problem with my missus. My phone always seems to take priority over hers if we are travelling together but I don't know why. It would be handy to have more contol over which one pairs up.....

I always assumed they connected in the order they were paired. I have both a phone and a Blackberry. I paired the phone first, then the BB and my phone always takes precedence and connects when I get in the car. To get the blackberry to work I either have to force it through the iDrive or turn my phone off for a period.
It could just be a coincidence that the Nokia phone is quicker to connect than the Blackberry... in short the only question I can answer is you can't use them both at once A |
