Shark Fin Ae

Has anyone got a close up from different angles of an E90 with a fitted Sharks Fin, as I have got mine to fit, and want to make sure I put it in the correct spot, as I have seen some down low to the rear windscreen, and others about 5cm up !!

It seems the 5's are all low down, to the edge, while the 3's are a bit higher?

I haven't got a shark fin. Did yours not come with one either?

Dunno if I prefer it with the shark fin or not

Mine didnt no as I did not want the sat nav, as I prefer Tom Tom, plug and play when needed.

However I do like the look of the Ae.

Just what I was looking for as well! I just bought one of these and wanted to make sure I fitted it in exactly the same place as the stock ones.

If you have time would you mind measuring where it sits on the roof although I can take a good guess now based on your picture!

Fortunately mine came with bt so I had the fin fitted. I really think it adds to the look of the car. Personally.

If you can wait a day or two I'll tell you. Mine will be here soon. Oh and it goes on with 3M adhesive tape. Incase you worry about "tape" holding anything onto your car ... don't worry. Once it's on with 3M tape it ain't coming off in a hurry.

I've installed and seen many add ons stuck on with 3M. Beauty of it is that it will come off if you apply heat (wife's hair dryer) and some decal spray. Takes a while but leaves no marks. So if you don't like it just take it off and it won't leave any holes in your car.

Got shark fin aerial delivered today. No way is this going anywhere near my car. Not even the same shape as the stock e90 version and it's made out of black rubber which is nowhere near a match to the paint colour, it'll be going back 2moro, looks even worse in real life, is the stock version hard plastic?:
