Comment on Dealer Invioce

Took my car in for a wheel alignment, was pulling to the right, still pulls to the right after the alignment

, will be on the phone tomorrow with the Dealer. The invoice had the following strange comment, anyone able to decode for me;

"Must Save BMW-SEE KEVIN BEFORE CALLING CLIENT FOR REMINDER PUMA CAS"

puma is the next level of bmw service.

basically when a shop cant fix the car they usually open a puma case.

Sounds like your car isnt fixed yet.

That sucks! Why did they returned the car if they knew that it wasn't fixed? What was the result on this?

They should not have given you the car back. I bet the repair department person called you without even seeing that comment. You should call them and talk to Kevin.
