Stett charge pipe install question

Im having trouble aligning the sensor with the charge pipe. It seems that the sensor wont reach to the pipe at all and Im afraid I will put too much pressure on the wires and break it. Any help would be appreciated.

From my experience that seems almost impossible. Are you connecting the TMAP first, installing the pipe, then connecting the TMAP wire harness?

when i installed mine this past weekend: 1) i bolted the sensor down on the pipe 2)installed the pipe 3)then connected the wire harness to the sensor. there was very little play with the wire harness...but it did connect without a problem.

You gotta push the charge pipe further into the throttle body boot...it'll give you an 1"-2" more clearance to plug in the tmap sensor. Happened to me...just use a little windex to lube the area where the charge pipe goes into the throttle body boot, makes it easier to maneuver. Hope that helps!
