Automatic Setting Poll

I was just curious how my fellow AT 3 series and 1 series owners drove their cars. I personally always drive it in manual mode, I always had sticks so I have to at least change gears or I am bored with driving.

I do manual 95% and sport about 3%. Only use normal when car oil temps are warming up or being lazy.

my car is so friggin fast that I can just leave it in D.. DS from time to time is hella fun though.. rarely do I manual shift.. I thought I'd miss not having a MT, but definitely do not with this car and gearing with an LSD

Manual 100% of the time. Too darn boring otherwise. Don't know what possessed me to purchase a "chicktronic" (haha, that's funny Andrew), but I'm stuck with it now.

DS for spirited drives and 1/4 mile. Manual for lower gears/traffic and autox . D for..never...maybe save fuel for long distance.

The category where you are being left behind because these 3.42 gears are laying the smack down I keed I keed. Anyway I usually just cruise around in D to save fuel and if anything pop off it goes right to M mode.

I personally HATE the D version....
I know it's adaptive, and since i never use it, I know why it sucks...

So I'm in Manual mode almost always
or in DS mode when I'm holding something (which very rare)

My benz I used to always keep in Drive, but after my Porsche, if I don't exactly what gear I'm in... it makes it weird to drive...
but i still don't regret getting AT
MT in traffic is something I don't miss...
