Your thoughts on a this dealers offer (335i)

So to the advise of a couple other members I sent out a few extra emails to dealers in my surrounding area because of my closests dealers lack of responses.

This is what the dealer has on the table for an October special order:

Alpine White/Saddle Brown
Premium Pkg
Sport Pkg
Comfort Access

$42640 + tax and license.

Your thoughts?

2600 off msrp seems pretty good.

$2600 off MSRP is a pretty good deal, usually people only got around $1500 off..

yeah, i thought it was a competitive deal, this was right out the gate with no negotiating...I'll see what I can push, then later recommend this dealer to all

Try contacting Robert Rosas @ Century West BMW. He gave me an amazing price on my 330i. It might be a bit of a drive from SB, but it might be worth it.

only 3.2 VA tax? that's really low compare to 8.375 in NYC. Does anyone know which state does charge sales tax for buying cars? I wish there is one I'll move there in asap.

I didn't ask, and I did receive--choice of carpet or winter. Guess it was just a courtesy from my dealership. Same thing with my Nissan Maxima 9 years ago. All kidding aside, I guess some dealerships do attempt to remove the "cheesiness" of car sales.

I think that's a good deal..... That's pretty much the deal I got too. Maybe being close to the end of the month and end of the year is a good deal making time?
