Those without auto dimming mirror...

What happened to the old mirrors that had the little flip thing to divert the bright lights behind you? Is it possible to tint the rear view mirror? What have you guys done? The bright lights are killing my eyes!

The mirror still tilts - you simply turn the red knob ( that's used for the alarm light ) to the right and it moves

Blinking Red knob ( that's used for the alarm light)?

Does the Red Knob only blink if you have an alarm installed? Because my parents' 2005 e46's red knob blicks even without an alarm which is nice so I know from a distance that I did lock my car. Can you program it to blink?

Currently only blinks with the alarm, additional feature on the (hopefully) September software release.
