I was on same Vessel & mine arrived @ my Dealer 2 days on 9/30.
Take note: even though it says Vessel comes to NY it's really Jersey City, NJ.
Not sure why hold up but you should have it real soon.
Could be wrong but I believe they need to have a full truck?

My 330i that I got in July took 6 days from hitting the port to being at the dealership in south Jersey.

My dealer in upstate NY says that his experience has been that cars arrive 3-12 days after the ship hits the port with the most common time being 7 days. I'm hoping for no more than 8 days to have it by next weekend, but we'll see. My dealer seemed pretty confident I would have it by then. Keep posting your times from port to dealer. They are helpful! Thanks.
