would the dealer let me swap from..
runflats to non runflats right from the start. After having many problems with front end shakes in my current car i would rather avoid it ahead of time.

If they did, I think you would have to pay extra for this. Any dealer changes usually attracts extra costs.
However, if the E90 is sold with Run flats as part of its makeup (be it for better or for worse), I think you will have a hard time having your dealer change it. It is not in their interests to allow such a change.

i dont think you would be allowed to change from runflat to non run flat
but give it a try anyway
