After Market iDrive
I regrettably bought my 2006 325i without iDrive and miss having a navigation in my car. Is it possible to have one put in at the dealership?

I personally doubt it since iDrive comes with a different dash. You never know though, ask your dealer
PS. Im sure someone here knows the real answer

You could probably do better by buying a portable GPS unit & display - so many of them around now. Attach it to your dash and use it in as many cars as you like. Even carry it around with you in a foreign city.
Once the factory create a car, the dealer cannot add terribly much apart from different wheel/tyre combos & simple add ons like chrome exhaust tips. The iDrive has its own binacle so the entire dash is diferent, let alone the internal wiring & computer & whatever else the factory must create to create the car to customer's specs. Congrats on you new car.

yes it is possible..anything is possible...but u would save more money by selling ur car and getting another to ur specs loll.... just get an aftermarket navi...do your research find which one with features u like and put it in.. |
