I also like the nav hump, but I wish the dash connect to the center councel... (above ash tray and below heated seat buttons) I don't like that chopped part right there. Would like nice if it was one solid piece...

The interior is comfortable, functional, ergonmic, and not flashy or cheap looking. I like it a lot. I like the beige leather because you get the three tone effect: black dash, maple wood, and beige.

I agree with Scottz5, e90 interior looks great without nav. IMO much better without than with. But, for you guys who like the nav, got for it!

The more I drive the car the more I appreciate how well-thought-out the interior is, placement of controls, etc. Asthetically very pleasing and understated, but with elegance.
Interior Controls-wise: Some stuff seemed to be in "weird" positions to me (cruise control, window lift switches), but I sure don't feel that way now that I've got almost a 1,000 miles with the car under my belt. |

Compare to other cars in the same price range.....I think the E90's interior is at the bottom of the abyss.....but I guess we didn't buy the car for its interior....we bought it for the

I *love* our interior. It's a really different world from that of the E46 and the rest of the pre-Bangle BMW's. This interior is a big step in the luxury-first direction, but what I really love about the E90 interior in particular is that it's kept some of the long-time 3-series interior design cues. Well, exterior ones, too.
besides, I specifically asked for my interior combination (as most people here did) so of course I love it

The lemon is the ultimate mix of class, style and sportiness. I think the new 3's interior is better than the Audi and alot "younger" than the merc (who's interior is outdated, and for old folk) It's the first time i've really liked the interior of a car. It's just functional, simple and beautiful |

I think it is quite good but where to put your small thinks you have with you.You cannot place anywhere a bottle of water. And how about sun glasses?Well they are nice and cold in the arm rest.Nothing else could be kept there.

I think it is very clean and new age looking. It has stlye. Audi and MB IMO also have great interiors but they have been the same and are getting old looking. The 3's is out of the box thinking but is still classy, you will see others follow there lead on the interior.
I also order Navi because I the pics I saw on the net without it looked bad, but after seeing both in person I feel the lines are much cleaner without it. My buddy has a TL and it is a nice interior but it does not have the quality of BMW. All you have to do is touch stuff and you will know what I am talking about.

no worries about my car's interior. just like e90 said, needs more compartments for things like sunglasses that fitted perfectly in the compartment in the bottom of the dash in my old e46. i miss that.
otherwise it's a great well built interior.

It was expected that most of you loved your interior... lol I was one of those few that went with what the dealer had.. I went in and got the car in 4 days.. no real waiting for me.... as I see what some of you guys have, like ZPP, ZSP, and ETC, I do want to upgrade... I'll trade in later when the time comes for 330i or a 325i with more options.. as some of you know i did get the bare minimum 325i.. I never notice that I have no options until I see one with alot of options parked next to me.. i.e (AT THE DEALER) LOL

I love it... black leather w/ aluminum trim w/o navigation. It's clean, understated, modern, functional/ergonomic, stylish, cool, and it doesn't try to be like any other interior (I'm thinking merc and audi). I also like the "atmosphere" in the cabin with this color combination. One thing that I found upon taking delivery is that photos do NOT do justice. Btw, I originally passed on navigation because I didn't want to add another distraction while driving... now I also think that this interior looks better and I'm really only missing out on the map (I wouldn't care for or use other i-drive functions). Very well done, BMW!

Oh dear...even with those terrible dials OWS in the Honda CRV? I think the TSX is much cleaner and classier...similar to the E90. |
