The "Duck" Button

Has anyone else had someone call the Hill Descent Control Button a "Duck" Button?

The other day a buddy of mine got in my car and before he looked at the button closely, he asked, "What does the duck button do?" I just laughed, but then I looked at it really fast, and he is right.

If you look at it quickly and don't look too closely, it does look a bit like a duck...

Not sure if I even have that button?

I heard it's an extra part of the heated seats option.

The duck button cooks your goose, wakka wakka wakka.

That's what I've always called it too, ever since I had it on the X-3.

I love the way "the duck" walks me down my icy hill in the winter.

It looks kind of weird on the 2010's, being all alone and not centered in a row of "blanks", since they moved the seat heater buttons.

Yep, the duck button deploys four 12-gauge shot guns and the BMW exclusive mini radar system to ensure accurate hits. It is part of the outdoors package, which includes heated seats. You city slickers wouldn't know about these things.
