£400 collected, can arrange a courier at your cost.

Whats the wear on the insides of the tyres, 6 or 7 mm on centres could mean 2mm on insides.

Fair point. One front tyre has 5.5mm on a section 10mm wide on the very extreme outer edge(the car needed tracking). Other than that they have an absolute minimum of 6mm anywhere. They don't have any uneven wear on the insides which runflats normally have. The guy is only selling them because he bought a set of style 225's with them on and they're on an E46 Coupe, so putting standard tyres back on.

PHotos would speak louder than words here. Maybe a series of them at an angle to the edges and straight on the width.

You're right. I was comparing to similar conditioned items on eBay though.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2-X-BRIDGESTON...item3a55186030

Seems an ok price.

Why's the price high Fandango?

No offence mate, but I think you want to check prices. Blackcircles.com mail order, £234 fronts each and rears at £280 each and thats the cheapest from hundreds of dealers not your ATS's etc which would charge a lot more.

I'll get some pics up soon and if anyone requires a courier for them I could arrange this for £20-25 the set

I can see both points of view, when I saw £400 I was like DAMN thats pricey, but I do know you can easily spend a grand on a set of four even with a reasonable amount of shopping around.

Horses for courses I suppose, if you were looking to sell your car, or part ex it back into a dealer when you currently run standard tyres, its not the worse idea in the world.

Pics would be essential for me though.

No offense taken, for couple hundred quid more you can get some AWESOME Conti SC3's Non runflats.

Good luck with the sale. Sorry for putting ''Pricey'' Hope I have not offended.

Looking back, its not a bad price at all. But seemed high for what are essentially ''Used tyres''

So it makes sense to spend a little more for more grip and better ride QUALITY... Now that makes sense

maybe but on the other side if you have a blow out a runflat may save your life, whats better more grip or your life at high speeds, runflats are not that bad on grip just the wet they are a let down and the hardness

Generally speaking.... ''More Grip'' will save your life more times than a runflat will.
