Bmw service??Help Plz

Hi All,

I just got my 335i 2weeks, and i am plan to have my car oil change.
just wondering how much dose BMW charge for Oil Change?and should i go BMW or just a normal shop is ok?

dont go to bmw, they will rib you hardly

a normal shop will cost you 1200 for everything

just make sure the shop knows how to reset the computer

Shing Tat wheels in tin hau(opposite CRC club), they can flush the engine for you for an extra 150HKD, I recommended you to use Mobil gold 0w40 for 335i engine

but you have to bring your own filter, which can get at 100 at Arlum in Woo Foo Road.

While factory cost you 2200 for changing the oil only.

To reset the computer, all you have to do is to press the on board button for a 30 seconds at the oil change intereface.

How $ does the Shing Tat wheels charge for oil change? Also could you advise the shop's phone number?

Do you mean the engine oil? If so, BMW will charge you HK$1,1xx for 6.5L including oil filter too ^ ^

BMW "ONLY" charge for HK$1,1xx for engine oil change(including everything?oil filter and labourer cost?) OMG that's really reasonable price.

I have did once only 7,xxx km, but the invoice is not here in my home, I will double confirm it tomorrow but I am sure must not more than $1,400 and below.

The computer reset job is easy....go to the DIY forum and you can actually do it by your own....

Yea~i know i can do the reset job by myself, but i can't change the oil...
by the way...where/which shop you go for oil change?how$ they charge?

If bmw charge below$1400, i think i will go for it...because i checked many shop,they charge for $1240~$1800....

Anyone can advise some good shop?

I don't think 1400 la, just did mine and should be around 1800 for my 323.

Change oil for HK$ 1,800?? Only Oil?
I changed mine a month ago, It was the 2nd yr revision/check and oil change. I asked them to lubricate the top as well... They charged me 830

Oil + filter + labour. Well this is more expensive but it is BMW service.

The HK$830 I paid was for BMWHK. Oil + Labor. No filter was changed.

Just called bmw service, they quote me HKD2500 for an oil change.....#%$^#$
