I prefer Chestnut. I was deciding between the two colours myself when I got my car and decided on the Chestnut, it's definitely a unique colour and I got alot of positive comments from people on it.

I settled on Saddle for my Alpine White. No regrets here; "sporty yet classy" is the general consensus from my friends and family. Chestnut isn't bad, and while it does look less red in person than in pictures, it was still too vulgar for my taste.
This website has some pics of Alpine white with saddle (this is not my car, but it looks more or less identical to mine). Either way you decide, you'll probably love it. |

I was really close to chestnut with my 335i order... ended up going with black again. They all work, as AW goes with mostly everything. Grats on the purchase!

Is Lemon still available in the sedan? I loved the high contrast of the off-white with lots of black and alum trim.
Is the chestnut new for 2010? I love the white/red look, very, very classic and its been very popular on the coupes (love mine)

I don't know why BMW can't just make a "normal" brown. Have you ever seen a high-end piece of furniture that looked like either of these?
I chose saddle as the lessor of 2 evils. Saddle has an almost orange look to it sometimes and I don't know why they call it chestnut when it looks like off-red to me. I think with AW you could do either. |

BMW Individual is a wonderful thing. There's no way the top is Chestnut, though.
