Virtually New 20" Y-spokes With Pirelli Scorpion I&s $1295

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Ok, I'm anal and it's gonna cost me I guess.

Installed this as my winter setup:

4 20" x 9.5 " Y-spokes (non -oem), offset 40mm

4 275-40-20 Pirelli Ice & Snow's balanced with TPMS

Selling because, Rear wheels are same offset as fronts so you will see a 30mm retraction in width vs OEM's which have less positive offset for rear.

You will have this issue will virtually all non staggerred aftermarket setups, and most people probably never notice, me I keep looking at the rear wheel wells.

It is a subtle thing but it drives me nuts, if you can live with it you are getting this setup for a big discount. Only 500 miles on these total.

See my detailed post and pictures regarding these wheels

Can ship out the following day of payment.

$1295, I may cover all shipping depending on location, PM me for any more info/details

You can use a couple of spacers at the rear to get it back to normal. IMO, it's better than losing money on a set that you'll only drive for a little while. Take a look at Ichiba V2 spacers. They might work on your setup & they're plug&play. For the 30mm you've mentioned, you won't have any clearance issues as well..

After doing some research I'm not real crazy about doing spacers, maybe I'm just a little paranoid.

One interesting tip that some people are doing, is to buy a set of 4 tires size 295/40 R20's to install in all 4 corners, I saw one and it looks good, also that way, you can rotate tires every 5000 miles or so without any trouble since all corners have same width of wheels and tires

Curious to know if this set up you talk about will also fit on the 4.8i X5? guess the question is if the front fenders are big enough to hold 295 in place of 275? anyone? you say it fits in X6s, but wht abt X5s?
