I had it last week, four weeks after the ordinary flu jab. Felt okay but had pain in the top of my arm for about five days.

Hi mate, I had it day after I spoke to you on phone. Had it 10am. 10pm that night I had abhigh temp. Woke up with worst head ache of my life. I wasn't
100% for couple ofdays. Missus mum had it week after me. And was really ruff too. Miswah had it yest and is fine. Touchwood. I've been told
of your rough with the jab then you would have really suffered with the actual swine flu.

Eight days after the jab and Ive now got a dose of Man Flu!!!! How come theres no cure for that then? If it was woman flu it would have been sorted out years ago. Bloody women dont know what we guys have to endure!!!!! I understand the traditional cure is to watch telly all day while being tended by a gorgeous nymphet.... unfortunately Ive only got Mrs Teutonic and shes about as understanding as Attilla the Hun.
Even worse, shes taken my motor and left hers on the drive so I can probably look forward to scuffed alloys on my pride and joy.

Does not matter how fit and healthy you are. It can still get you.

Tutonic, have you had regular flu vaccine also?

Yes, I had the regular flu jab about six weeks ago and then the Swine flu jab last week. Apparently I fall into the 'at risk' group due to an ischemic event last year.

I reckon Ive got a cold/sore throat but I dont think any of this is related to the injections.
