wait, your car is black and u're doing a matte black roof !?
nooooo !! it will look as if the roof was unpainted... dont do it. matte black roofs only look good if u have a light colored car.

Not the way to go. On a black car, i think a CF top would look much better.

Points well taken...but i think it will look good. I just came back from the LA auto show today and saw a few black cars with matte black roofs...and the contrast looked real good imo....i see what you mean though guys,

doesnt make sense on a black car, if it were any other color then it would. Do it if you really want to and let us know how it turned out

CF would look better IMO. Matte black would make it look like your roof is primered and someone forgot to paint it.

[QUOTE=MTL Bimmer;6318635]Im thinking of doing it lol....whats the worst it can happen? If i don't like it, i'll just take it off. I'll lose $150 big deal.

dont do the matte black...it looks good but not on gloss black cars. carbon fiber would look good...look up dinoc carbon fiber. kind of pricey, but looks great and holds up great to weathering if installed properly. PM me if you have trouble finding it.
