BYE BYE 335i....welcome the Cat

So the lease was up on my 2007 Bmw 335i. I was out shopping for either an m5 or a new e63 amg. Hres what i ended up with, The x5 48 has been retired (wife took it)

Its a better drive then both...510 supercharged HP, fit and finish is bar none a 10. Ive put on 1000kms and am in love with this car.

2010 Jaguar XF-R

Enjoy the pics

IMO, it looks somewhat similar to an E92 from the side shot above, particularly the window trim area.

Congrats on the new car!

Interior is nicer then the Merc and the M5. Seude headliner, leather stitched dash and doors

The Steptronic shifting in this car is smooth and fast, alot nicer then the 335i.

Just so you guys know i have been a BMW owner and fan for years, My father works for BMW, Parents drive them....Iam a huge fan, but... I couldnt get over the power, looks and feel of this car. And to top it off its like 30k cheaper then the m5 and the e63.

Not really, little to large for me. I did look at the cls65, didnt like the way i drove belive it or no it felt clunky. I also wanted to be low 100's or under if possible.

Here in canada the prices are as follows (Canadian Prices)

Bmw M5 115,000
E63 121,150
ClS63 135,600

XF-R fully loaded with chrome package (mirrors, side blade) illumunated door sills.....87,500

So your saying its like a BMW then...I have spent more time in the shop with my 2009 X5 and my 2007 335i to last me a lifetime. In fact i just gave back the loaner X5 a few days ago..put 1500kms on i while waiting for them to fix my X5.

Bmw is terrible for reliability and quality. A least when i take my Jag in i can book an appointment for the same week it breaks, with BMW i have to wait over a month to get any work done on it.

Again i love BMW, but am very tired of the servicing they require.

My neighbor has one of them and boy I am not too impressed with the car though, but I think the price tag is pretty nice for a big car like this.

Congrats none the less.
