Shameful Previous Cars...
What the subject suggests really... What did you used to drive that you are now embarassed to admit!
For me it was my £18,000 brand new Citroen C4 Coupe... (Don't get me started as to why I got rid of it - you wouldn't believe the problems I had!) I actually preferred my D reg Nissan Micra when I was a nipper :-) |

My second car was a Chevette in 1989, a two tone green beauty. No power but my god that back end could break free with no warning

Worse car by far was a bottom of the range Renault 5 in a disgusting orange. It went round corners like a boat and had a whole 995cc under the bonnet! Probably closely followed by a Toyota Carina E - efficent at what it did, but completely bland.

I'm not ashamed of any cars I bought previous...otherwise I wouldn't have bought them in the first place
Renault Clio 1.2 Ford Granada Sapphire 2.0li (was dad's but insured on it) I call it progression... Really, ashamed? It's just a regular car... |

Pile of shite the 2.0ltr , Mondeo was a much better alternative from a driving point of view. I also owned a 2.5 V6 SRi which was a much better car.

My first car was a red 1986 Lada Riva at the age of 18
Unspeakably awful, ended trading it in for a gold Allegro Unspeakably awful, sold it for a Cortina 2.0 Ghia Much more like it |

Yeah strange isn't it!
I have loved every car i've owned. However, I don't think anything as much as my bmw. What I love most about it is its reliability. Nearly 8 months now without a single problem. It's like motoring heaven compared to the french cars I have owned! |

Back in the day it wasn't shameful IMO, in retrospect perhaps. |

My early motoring days were riddled with 'dodgy' (as in dreadful) and shameful motors......
1976 Vauxhall Cavalier 1.9 GL Coupe (in yellow) - truly awful but at the time I thought it was the best - but that was 25 years ago! A pic..... It was followed by... MG BGT MG Montego 2.0EFi - with the talking dash MG Montego 2.0 Turbo There is a theme there - I am better now! They subsequently got a lot better from the late 80's! |

amazing - I love the 25 year old cav pic...
I used to love that car when I was a kid, my dad had one and I thought it was cool, it was pale blue. Still never sure if it started life as pale blue mind. mmmmmm. |
