Muffler Delete

I was wondering if ne one knew of a good shop with quality work for a good price in the socal area that can do muffler delete and
possibly secondary cat delete.

I'm located near irvine,

There's a shop called mesa muffler in Westminster that's supposed to be pretty good from what i've heard
I went to a shop in Pomona and they charged 60$ to get it done

this might sound stupid but what does a muffler delete do? sorry new to this topic

muffler delete means no muffler(s), just straight pipe which means no restriction.

Poses a bit of a problem for me...I'd love to do that, but tricking the Urea system (which sprays into the Cats) would be quite a feat. :P
