Yesterday I e-mailed MINI Leicester and VW Leicester expressing my interest in 2 cars. I gave them brief details of the car I wish to trade in, a MINI One, reasonably desirable I would have thought as still fetching stunning prices secondhand.

This was at about 14.00 yesterday, I gave them work and mobile numbers.

Have I got a call from either of them?

Have I buggery, cannot believe these places, a half decent deal and I would buy tomorrow, surely in January they would be desperate for business.

I've had quite a few Cars from Leicester VW (Got a Scirocco R on order with them) and although there service isn't great (Delivered a R32 with the wrong reg plate on once) they have always got back to me when I've left messages.

Sorry to go OT but when do you get the Scirocco R Real Thing? Very interested in your comparison when you do (you having had the GT previously).

OP, that is appaling in this day and age. Never ceases to amaze me how poor service is in the motor trade.
