is there a visual difference in a 330/325 sport suspension vs non sport?

Yes there is a difference. It is only on the overall look of the car though, rather than different body parts. The Sport Package lowers the car, and gives it larger wheels. That gives the car a different stance. It's hard to explain, but the Sport Pack is more squat.
For now, the rear and front bumpers are not different for Sport and non-sport.... but that will change soon, as you may have probably seen the new Sport Package pictures from Europe.

Sure, as thrill30 explained. As well, gap between the top of the tyre and the wheel arch is much closer than a non sport suspension. It completes the look of the car overall. With the sports suspension, the car is lowered by 15mm compared with the non sport. As you are probably aware, this is a factory option you must choose when ordering, otherwise you need to look to a 3rd part suspension specialist. I have the sports suspension in my 325 and it feels great.

I got some photos under "US West - Seattle owners". You can tell the difference by looking at the 2 cars.
