Rage Vigor Wheels - What do you think?

Hi Guys,

I'm waiting on my 335i Sedan with Sport. Looking for a winter wheel package (wheels and tires). Prolly gonna go with Dunlop runflats for rubber.

I'm looking at these wheels right now. I'd like to get something that resembles the stock 162s, that also don't cost a small fortune. These go for $113 ea.

Rage Vigor - Size: 17X7 5-120 40SM

Calculator says: 7mm MORE clearance on the strut side, and the outside edge of the wheel will RETRACT 19mm

What do you guys think?

The are only 7" wide, for 225/45/17, if thats what you're going with, it's best with 8" wide wheels.

Hi,

Yes, I'll be going with 225/45/17. I don't think I can go with a different size tire without messing up speedo, right?

The 7" is all they have available in that rim. Is 8" better for performance or for looks? You think these will look kinda silly retracted 19mm? I'm only going to use these rims for snows. Thanks.

The narrower the tire the better for snow traction.
