BMW 1/10 Scale.

With help from Tamiya, decided to make a 1/10 version of my car. Great fun and passed away a few hours
A few bits left to do,

Are you fitting halo's?

Are getting it remapped?

Its a 1/10 Tamiya RC Model Radio Control 4WD does about 20mph!

Its sold as a 320i touring car, but I decided to make it into a replica of my own car.....

its also got working lights, but no halos

and no remap

BUT I gave it black grills and wheels like mine

Misus thinks I am mad

I also got a 1980's Tamiya Sand Rover ( its like a VW beach buggy) and also got a racing chassis thats good for 30MPH looks a bit like a Porsche Le mans car.... Great fun can be expensive hobby. BMW is about £200 finished and running.

haha that's ace. I used to love my Tamiya models when I was younger. Do they still run on 540 motors or have things changed a bit?

I have a big monstertruck that was pink and black. Loved it! I also had a grasshopper buggy. Brings back happy memories!

The black wheels are going on at end of Feb. I got winters on at Mo... Old E36 M3 wheels. Will post pictures when they go on

Yeah 540 Motors , but you gotta upgrade ! Remap !!!!

This one is running a 15 turn motor. Its rapid.

The old grass hopper yeah I remember that. I started out with the Holiday Buggy, but always wanted a sand rover, so bought a wrecked one and rebuilt it. Ebay is great for this stuff.
