september software update

hi guys! newbie here but not on bimmers, i recently got an e90 330i w/ sports and premium package, 6spd mt. black on black. any way, my question is its almost september and i heard that theres going to be a software update on e90s, will my dealer notify of the update and whats the update going to be for? autolock, the car seats and what else? thanks guys

No, the dealer will not notify you, unless its a safety critical update ( which it is not fo September )

Main thing for Non-Idrive cars is the bility to set all the settings like driveaway locking ect ect via the insrument panel

MP3 for Idrive cars is also hopefually in the update

There may be updates for other systems, but no body knos untill it is released, which is to the factory on 5 Szeptember and then to the deales around the world after that ( usually takes a few weeks )
